    We sketch your design and make a swatch of the colour and handwork. You approve both before the full piece begins.

    We guide you through your measurements on video and confirm each one with you. Alterations continue until the fit is right.

    Photographs and films from every stage, so you see your piece grow from sketch to finished handwork.

How does a video consultation work?
You meet your couturier on a video call at a time that suits your time zone. Bring your pictures, your mood board and your questions, and we talk through silhouette, colour, fabric and handwork.
How are my measurements taken?
We guide you through them on video, step by step, and confirm each one with you before we begin. Every piece is made to those measurements, with unlimited alterations until the fit is right.
Can I see my piece being made?
Yes. We share photographs and films from the stages of making, from the sketch and swatch to the handwork.
How long does it take?
A couture piece takes 3 to 6 weeks to make. Your delivery date is agreed with you once your design is finalised, so tell us your wedding date at the first consultation.
How do I pay?
Production starts once your design is finalised and a 50% advance is received. The balance is paid before dispatch.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship couture orders all over the world.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Because each piece is made for you alone, couture orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. That is why we approve the sketch, the swatch and your measurements with you at every step.
