Exchanges, refunds and returns
We want you to love what you ordered. Please read this policy before you buy. It covers exchanges, refunds, custom pieces and cancellations.
1Exchanges
We offer exchanges only, for size or if you do not like the outfit. We do not offer refunds for these reasons.
- Request your exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The outfit must be unused and unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
- You bear the return shipping cost for exchanges.
- Exchanges depend on availability of the size or design you want.
2Refunds
We give a refund only if we delivered a wrong, damaged or incorrect product and we are unable to provide a replacement.
- Report the problem within 7 days of delivery, with photos or video proof.
- We bear the return shipping cost when the item is wrong or damaged.
- Once we receive the item back and approve the refund, it is paid within 7 working days.
3Custom and made-to-measure pieces
Custom pieces are made for you, so they are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- If there is an error in measurements or fabric compared with your order, we will fix it.
- Please report it within 7 days of delivery and send video proof.
4Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, because we begin preparing them right away.
5How to raise a request
